Located just 100m from the University for Foreigners and very close to the Porta del Sole, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet study or work atmosphere, and for exploring the historic center on foot. The Duomo can in fact be reached in just 5 minutes.


The 70 sqm accommodation is located in a period building without a lift, with an independent entrance from the street, and is on two levels separated by a very narrow sixteenth-century spiral staircase: NOT suitable for disabled people or tourists with bulky luggage.


ATTENTION: The accommodation is not recommended for those traveling with small children, due to the presence of narrow stairs and an unprotected landing between levels 1 and 2.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).

The apartment is located a few steps from the historic center, where there are clubs and delicious restaurants. From here, 5/10 minutes on foot you can reach all points of interest. The area is also equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay: within 100 meters you can find bars, grocery stores and a pharmacy.


-From the Umbria-Perugia "San Francesco d'Assisi" international airport it is possible to reach the apartment via bus line E002, with the final stop "P. Pesa" 500 meters from the accommodation.


-From Perugia Fontivegge station: you can reach the accommodation via bus line C to the "P. Fortebraccio" stop, 120 meters from the apartment.


- If you are traveling by car, pay attention: the accommodation is located on a pedestrian street NOT reachable by car. We recommend leaving your car at the Saba Sant'Antonio paid car park, in Viale Sant'Antonio, 200 meters from the apartment.
