The accommodation offers panoramic views over the city's rooftops and the interior is enriched with exposed wooden beams that add a touch of warmth and history.
Located just 100m from the University for Foreigners and very close to the Porta del Sole, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet study or work atmosphere, and for exploring the historic center on foot.
The Duomo can in fact be reached in just 5 minutes.
The 70 sqm accommodation is located in a period building without a lift, with an independent entrance from the street, and is on two levels separated by a very narrow sixteenth-century spiral staircase: NOT suitable for disabled people or tourists with bulky luggage.
ATTENTION: The accommodation is not recommended for those traveling with small children, due to the presence of narrow stairs and an unprotected landing between levels 1 and 2. The internal space is divided as follows: *** 1 Level*** - Small breakfast corner equipped with two electric hobs, mini fridge, moka and electric kettle (ATTENTION, it cannot be used for cooking meals, but only for heating) - Living room with dining table, sofas and TV - Bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers - Bathroom inside the room, equipped with wc, bidet and floor shower (NO BOX, curtain only) *** 2 Level*** - Bedroom with single bunk bed and chest of drawers - Bathroom inside the room, equipped with wc, bidet and floor shower (NO BOX, curtain only) Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, therefore it is NOT accessible by car. - the top bed of the bunk bed is NOT usable 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Couldn’t tell you. Very unprofessional and unresponsive staff wouldn’t get back to me on the address or check in. I asked multiple times on the day of check in without a response. I arrived in Perugia and had to find other accommodation at the last minute. No one local or at vrbo has yet responded. I should get a full refund for this and my troubles but am not counting on it.
