Welcome to Ferienwohnung Gebauer!
We are pleased to welcome you to our top-equipped 70 m² apartment in the green, quiet district of Ludwigsdorf (02828 Görlitz).
The apartment has a large bedroom with a 180x200 cm box spring bed, a dressing table, and a luggage rack.
The other bedroom has two 90x200 cm wooden single beds and 2 desks.
The open living room/kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter provided), complete crockery, and everything needed for cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that ensures fresh air at all times (no need to open windows!). For families with children/babies, the following amenities are available: baby cot (height-adjustable), high chair, potty, changing mat, children's cutlery/cups, bibs, baby monitor. The 23 m² terrace with a table and chairs invites you to spend time outdoors.
It is for the exclusive use of the guests. Several free parking spaces are available. A bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. Welcome to Germany's easternmost city: Görlitz.
