Simple apartment located on the first line of the beautiful Pals beach on the Costa Brava and 100m from the city centre, close to restaurants, cafés and shops.
Second floor without lift with maximum capacity for 4 people.
It has a living-dining room (TV and fireplace) with access to a terrace with impressive sea views where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, a simple but complete kitchen (electric cooker and oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms (1 with a 140x190cm double bed and the other with 2 beds of 90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not accepted. Ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer.
Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund. Check-in and check-out The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Un appartement sans climatisation, litterie pas très confortable. Sommiers des lits enfants cassés. Cela dit bien équipé, terrasse très agréable. Localisation indiscutable.

Super emplacement avec une vue extraordinaire et un accès direct à la plage. Petit souci d'isolation phonique mais cela est dû à l'immeuble et non à l'appartement qui lui, est très agréable et fonctionnel.

06.12.Location agréable et sans surprise.Sa situation sur la plage est idéale et l'appartement spacieux et bien distribué.Le mobilier de la terrasse un peu vétuste.Le seul Hic,l'agence de référence assez éloignée de la location ,donc une perte de temps pour récupérer et rendre les clefs.Cependant, nous sommes partant pour un 2ème séjour!! Liliane P
