This charming duplex apartment is on the first floor of an attractive condominium in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx.
The apartment sleeps 4 people and makes a wonderful holiday destination throughout the year. The airy living area is furnished in a contemporary style, with wooden floors, a comfortable corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead out onto the balcony that looks over the town to the mountains beyond.
The dining table is next to the open-plan kitchen.
This is equipped with a cooker hob, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. An attractive spiral staircase leads from the living area up to the bedrooms which are tucked under the wooden eaves. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The fresh master bedroom has twin joinable beds, a cosy armchair, a flatscreen TV, a writing desk and an antique wooden wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed, with a 2nd pull-out single bed which can be joined.
There is also a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
