This one-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor is laid out as follows:
Entrance hall, spacious and bright living room with dining area, non-convertible sofa and pull-out bed (sleeps 1 or 2 people) and TV.
Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, multifunction oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Hallway with large cupboard
Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.
Bedroom with double bed and cupboard.
Terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with splendid sea view.
The flat was renovated in 2025.
Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, Tuesday and Friday market, pedestrian walkway to the harbour.
