Only 350 metres from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, our charming holiday home offers the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.

The house has two cosy bedrooms, perfect for a family of 4. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 1.80 metre double bed with separate mattresses, while the second bedroom has a practical bunk bed with double mattresses. This means that the double mattresses can be quickly converted into a bunk bed. There is also space for a baby cot or it can be converted into a practical workstation in a few simple steps. WiFi is available throughout the house and in the garden.
All rooms are fitted with privacy curtains and the bedrooms with additional blackout blinds, heat protection and fly screens.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to spend time together and socialise in the evenings. With an extendable dining table (up to 8 people), nothing stands in the way of a cosy meal or an evening of games.
The open fireplace is a real highlight and invites you to spend cosy evenings with a glass of wine on the comfortable corner sofa.
The built-in wardrobe hidden in the hallway, an additional utility room and a separate cupboard and mirror cabinet in the bathroom offer plenty of storage space.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, ice cube machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

You want to relax after a day at the beach with a sundowner but the kids and still have energy? No problem - the fenced 550 m² property with surrounding garden offers space for everything. With a far-reaching view of the neighbouring open field, you can relax on sun loungers, in the hammock or with a round of yoga, and there is also space for the mobile trampoline or games such as boccia, softball or badminton. Your four-legged friends also have plenty of space to run around and relax.
The spacious sun terrace with extendable table and space for up to 8 people invites you to enjoy fantastic barbecue evenings with a Weber charcoal kettle barbecue.

And if it should rain in the north, we have an open fireplace, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a multifunctional radio as well as a selection of games and books and two boxes for kids with colouring, crafting and toys and all the utensils for baking in the house.

Whether it's a family holiday with action, a sporty yoga or surfing holiday, romantic time for two, a holiday with your beloved four-legged friend or a quiet time alone - at MIMIBEACH, everyone gets their money's worth in our oasis of well-being.

We understand that dogs are part of the family, so your four-legged friends are also very welcome at the MIMIBEACH holiday home. The surrounding area is ideal for relaxing walks with your dog, and the nearby dog beach (350 m) also allows your canine companion to enjoy the fresh sea air.

The location of our holiday home is not only close to the beach (250 m to the sandy beach and 350 m to the dog beach), but also extremely practical. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy the amenities of the village to the full. Explore the local shops or treat yourself to culinary delights in the nearby restaurants. The lively centre of Scharbeutz or the quieter centre of Haffkrug are just a few minutes' walk or bike ride away.
