This house is organized over two levels.
On the ground floor: - a living area including a lounge (decorative fireplace only) and a kitchen - a separate toilet Upstairs: - one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed (extra person upon request, at the owner's discretion and with a supplement) - a shower room with toilet Outside: - a enclosed courtyard at the front facing the street - an enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue at the back - an outbuilding including a laundry area with a sink and suitable for bike storage Free parking immediately nearby in the street or in a free public car park 80m away.
