The accommodation is exceptionally located: right in the historic center of Monopoli, just a 5-minute walk from Cala Porta Vecchia and the sea, on a quiet street yet within walking distance of the city's nightlife and all points of interest.
The train station, with connections to Bari and Polignano, is just a 15-minute walk away.
The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with an induction stovetop, dining table, 32" smart TV with Amazon Prime, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and split AC; - BEDROOM II (1 step to access) with two single bunk beds, an open-plan wardrobe, and split AC; - BATHROOM with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI with Wind3 fiber, heating, split air conditioning, a children's travel cot, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
PLEASE NOTE: - Ground floor apartment with a step to access; - Step to access Bedroom II; - The Monopoli's historic center is located within a limited traffic zone, meaning the property can only be reached by car during certain hours of the day, and parking is limited.
From June to September, the historic center can be reached using the three Park & Ride zones for a fee of €1, or by taking the bus from the station to the center.

The cleanliness was not really acceptable. Dirty/moldy toothbrush holder, dirty blankets and stained sheets, so many fruit flies in the bathroom, mold elsewhere in the bathroom, dirty sponge left to clean our dishes. The location and space was great and check in was easy once I figured out to check ...

Die Lage im Zentrum Altstadt ist ideal. Die Pflege der Wohnung lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Abflussfliegen im Bad, abgewohnte Möbel und Dusche. Sehr dunkel. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Ist das Geld also nicht wert.

Die Ferienwohnung lag gut und war gut eingerichtet, allerdings fand ich, daß sie ein wenig Pflege bräuchte, denn der Wasserhahn im Bad war schwergängig, die Duschbrause hatte einen Riss, die Espressomaschine lief völlig aus bei Benutzung, Geschirrhandtuch gab es nicht.
