- Bathroom with shower and WC adjoining the bedroom

Private terrace with dining table, barbecue (spring 2024)
Access to the garden shared with the owners
Private parking space in front of the cottage. Possibility to borrow 2 bikes for free. In a green setting, Ty Bihan offers a cocooning atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
The terrace with a clear view of the garden lends itself to relaxation.
A few steps from the gîte, you can take the paths along the Ruisseau du Plessis for a bucolic stroll.
You can also reach the shops on foot or by bike, located less than 1km away.
Theix-Noyalo is ideally located for exploring South Brittany, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and at the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula.
