Great communication and clear instructions. The house is of a very high standard, very clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a great location to explore Leeds, Wetherby and York. Added extras like the trampoline in the back garden were a hit with the children!.

A lovely and relaxing property. Had ample parking and the private driveway was a big bonus. The house is in a quiet location which was perfect after a long day, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting our team.

Beautiful house and garden. Very spacious and comfortable
Issues with the boiler (no heating or hot water when we woke up) however we contacted them and they came to fix it within 15 minutes
