A charming 4-bed villa in a fantastic location, just 2 min walk to the beach! Villa Angeles is a wonderful villa in a prime location in San Pedro, within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the Boulevard and, of course, the beach!
With 4 double bedrooms and beautifully decorated and spacious living areas, this is the perfect villa for your family’s holidays in Marbella.
Villa Angeles has just had a complete outdoor makeover boasting a fabulously large terrace and private saltwater swimming pool (with the option to heat for an additional weekly price). On the entrance level, you have the open plan living/kitchen areas that open out to the terraces and pool.
There is an outdoor dining area, a shaded BBQ area, a lounge area, and a few sunbeds around the pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the mod cons.
The living room has a super comfy couch and TV. There is also a dining table for 6. There is one double bedroom on this level, and a separate bathroom. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet and a private terrace (with sunbeds). Opposite to the Master, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a newly renovated Studio apartment with a double bed, and bunk bed, sofa, kitchenette and a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating – a perfect kid’s room! There is A/C throughout the villa, and wifi.
There is secure gated parking for 1 car. Please note that this property is intended for respectful residential stays.
Parties, events, hen or stag parties, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
All guests must respect the maximum occupancy, house rules, community regulations and quiet hours throughout their stay.
If you have any questions regarding the suitability of your stay, please feel free to send us an enquiry before booking. Don’t forget to ask about our Concierge Service! We look forward to welcoming you.
