A charming 2-bedroom apartment with amazing sea views!
Casa Verde is a lovely 2-bed apartment in a small, gated urbanisation in the hills above Calahonda, enjoying stunning views.
Decorated in contemporary neutral tones and furnishings, here you will find peace and quiet in a wonderfully relaxing setting, whilst being only 2km from the bustling town of Calahonda and the beach. This apartment would suit a family or a small group of golfers as you have a variety of golf courses within a 5km radius. The apartment offers a double bedroom (160cm) with ensuite bathroom, and a twin room with a separate bathroom with a shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with Smart TV. A highlight is the enclosed terrace that has glass curtains that can be opened completely to provide a lovely exterior terrace or closed (fully or partially) to provide a gorgeous, sunny and warm space in the winter. There are two sunbeds for your use on the grass. There is aircon and wifi throughout, and on-street parking.
And there is a lovely communal pool and a communal BBQ area too. There is a restaurant a few minute’s walk down the road, and supermarkets and shops are aplenty in Calahonda, just 2km away.
We do recommend a car. The neighbouring towns of Fuengirola and Marbella are only a 10-15 drive away, and Malaga Airport is 35 km away. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.

De foto’s geven geen realistisch beeld van de staat van het appartement. Het is slecht onderhouden, schimmel en slechte kit in de badkamers, meubels zijn allemaal vlekkerig en duidelijk gebruikt. De airco’s werken matig en enkel in de woonkamer. De slaapkamers hebben geen airco en een van de slaapka...
