Enjoy your stay at the southern end of Germany in the border triangle, on the island of Lindau in Lake Constance.

Our holiday flat 'Eva' is located on the historic island in the charming neighbourhood of numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. The famous Lindau landmarks (Lindau Lion and lighthouse) and the picturesque harbour are just a short walk away. The romantic old town with its alleyways and sights invites you to take a leisurely stroll.

The comfortably furnished flat is around 35 square metres in size and has a double bed. Your accommodation is suitable for two people and can optionally be booked in addition to the 'Adam' holiday flat on the first floor. There is a WC in the flat. The newly renovated shower for single use can be found in the corridor on the ground floor. For a pleasant start to the day, a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave are available in the flat for a small breakfast or snack. Your accommodation is located on the ground floor and has two charming outdoor seating areas for balmy summer evenings.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the entrance area (next to the stairs to the upper floor).

The special location of the flat near the pedestrian zone and the sea harbour means you can reach the bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants in just a few minutes.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation. The final cleaning is included, amenities such as freshly made beds, prepared hand/shower and tea towels, a starter pack with cleaning, dishwashing and hygiene articles are available on arrival. The visitor's tax is charged separately and paid to the city of Lindau, your guest cards will be ready for you on arrival in the flat.
You can arrive and depart 7 days a week. The key safe in the house means that late arrivals are also no problem.
