LIVING ROOM: Furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, two chic sofa chairs, and an additional single folding bed.

BATHRROM: A well-appointed space featuring a shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hairdryer.

CLIMATE CONTROL: Each room is fitted with AC split units for personalized comfort.

- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 6 to “Viale Toschi Via Bettoli” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.


- From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes.


- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€ 9 per day) at H24 Duc Parking car park, a 4-minute walk from the property.


Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self check-in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
