Apartment located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
In 58 square meters of space it accommodates 2 people a double bedroom
Very quiet and peaceful, it overlooks the internal courtyard of a building.
We are located in the historic center a few steps from Palazzo Tarasconi, recognized as a center of art and culture. We are inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone)
Possibility to park for a fee at: Goito Parking (7 minutes' walk away)
LIVING AREA: kitchenette including Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, 32" TV and split A/C.
BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline.
Autonomous heating.
BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the Marconi Express to Bologna Central Station and take the train to Parma Station.
Travel time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
PARMA STATION: take bus no. 15 to the Strada Farini Bgo Riccio stop. Travel time: 13 minutes.
IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: from the motorway you can easily reach the Goito covered car park open 24 hours which is a 6 minute walk away.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
