In the commune of Coti-Chiavari, less than a kilometer from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you for rent this charming 216 m² house with sea view, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It features a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,100 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 70 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Level -1 : - Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC and access to the terrace - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Level -2 : - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view and access to terrace - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A large 25 m² terrace on the first floor, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A lovely 1,100 m² garden, enclosed at the front, with deckchairs. The house is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the sea and the maquis.
You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 38 km (approx. 45 min. by car) A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Free WiFi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous étions la ce we pour un anniversaire qui avait lieu à 5 minutes de notre logement en voiture, c était parfait , la vue exceptionnelle sur toute la baie d Ajaccio, la maison très agréable , très jolie, fonctionnelle, les chambres et salles de bain impeccables, il faisait très chaud , et malgré l absence de Clim nous avons pu ventiler correctement. Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Très belle maison, bien équipée et avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, literie confortable. Il ne nous a pas été possible de profiter de la maison en revanche, car il n’y a ni climatisation ni ventilateur ni brasseur d’air. La maison était tellement chaude que nous avons dû rester dans les chambres situées dans les niveaux inférieurs
