This charming holiday home uniquely combines tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the beach.
Just a few minutes' walk from the sea, you can enjoy relaxing holiday days here on approximately 110 m² of living space – ideal for up to 8 people and your dog too. A private parking space is located directly at the house. Inside, a stylish and spacious layout awaits you over two floors.
A total of four cozy bedrooms are available – two on the ground floor and two more on the upper floor.
The bright living and dining area, with its pleasant atmosphere, creates a central meeting point for spending time together, while the modern kitchen is excellently equipped. On the upper floor, the open gallery with a comfortable armchair invites you to read and relax.
Two modern bathrooms – one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the upper floor – also ensure a high level of living comfort. A special highlight is the generous garden with a furnished terrace, a beach chair (April to October), a grill, and a separate sauna house – perfect for relaxing hours in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Additionally, a garden house is available for shared use.
