This luxury villa is situated in an attractive location close to Opatija, the "Pearl of the Adriatic". The highlight awaits you in the outdoor area - a private pool that invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days. From the villa, you have a fantastic view of the Kvarner Bay. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Take the opportunity to put your barbecue skills to the test and spoil your loved ones. The children can look forward to their own playground! If you enter the interior of the villa from the pool area, you will find the 1st floor with an open, tastefully furnished living and dining area which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. The interior with a total of 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a studio apartment with kitchen and living area with pull-out couch and a bathroom.
