The house is located at the end of the village of Filipana and offers its guests absolute peace and relaxation. On its property of 1000 sqm, guests have access to a 28 sqm swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and beautiful tree, providing shade and a place to relax.

It consists of a living room with access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of them with its own bathroom and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
