This holiday villa in Mouriès, nestled amidst the serene Alpilles, features a private pool amidst a backdrop of olive trees.
The Servannes Golf Course is conveniently nearby, within walking distance. The villa, includes a sitting room with large bay windows, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the mezzanine floor, there's an open bedroom area.
Note that this area is accessed by stone stairs without a guardrail, which might not be suitable for young children. Outside, the property spans 2 hectares and offers garden furniture, deck chairs, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area.
The private and secured pool measures 10m x 5m and has a convenient poolside shower and WC. The villa is situated in the countryside surrounded by olive trees.
The golf course is a 500 m walk or 3 km by car (passing through Mouriès centre). The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants) are at about 2 km. Enjoy your holiday in a villa your holiday rental in in the Bouches-du-Rhône in Provence. Please note: The caretaker lives on the property in an independent house behind the villa and is responsible for pool maintenance and surveillance. The electrical installation of the house does not allow for the connection of electric cars, but there is a charging point available in the village of Mouriès at the boulodrome. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

Agréable maison à l'abri des regards jouissant d'un panorama magnifique. Belle piscine de plain pieds le petit plus c'est Robert Puech qui nous a accueilli comme des amis avec une réelle gentillesse et l'envie de partager avec nous sa culture de la Camargue. Discret plein de bons plans et de conseils qui nous a fait gagné du temps !

Super endroit isolé, calme. Robert le gardien est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et passionné de sa région, il a toujours de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Il manque juste l’air conditionné en cas de grosses chaleurs.

Lekker zwembad. Voor de rest was het allemaal een beetje oubollig en smoezelig. 2 badkamers zijn wel mooi gerenoveerd.Beheerder is een aardige vent en behulpzaam
