Villa Emica can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor you will find a beautiful bright and modern living room, kitchen and dining area as well as a fully equipped bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The room has direct access to the pool, so you can jump into the pool whenever you want to refresh yourself.
The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a balcony where you can drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and nature.
The outdoor area of the villa is simply marvellous.
A beautiful dining and barbecue area is surrounded by olive trees.
We haven't forgotten that your little ones can play carefree on a small but nice playground with two swings, a slide and a trampoline while you drink coffee or have a barbecue.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war absolut fantastisch. Das Haus war wunderschön, der Pool toll und die Klimaanlagen sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen. Der Besitzer war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Salzwasserpool. Gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Super einfacher Check-In/Check-Out. Nur die Lage ist eher schlecht, man benötigt für alles ein Auto und im Ort selbst gibt es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt. Als Nachbarn hat man überall und zu jeder Zeit bellende Hunde, etwas störend. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen! 😊

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern für 7 Tage da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Einrichtung ist modern und sauber. Auch der Pool wurde 2 mal kontrolliert. Wir konnten früher als angegeben einchecken, was super war.
