Preparazione letti e fornitura asciugamani buona, pulizia generale essenziale, con cadute importanti in cucina e nei cassetti dei bagni. Attrezzatura in cucina non sufficiente (molte tazzine da caffè ma solo 4 tazze per la colazione).Punti positivi: vista mare, distanza dal mare (4 Min a piedi spiaggia libera), ascensore e parcheggio.
