The outdoor area of the villa consists of: a private pool where you can refresh yourself from the summer heat, sun loungers by the pool, a covered terrace with an outdoor table ideal for having a morning coffee while enjoying the marvellous view of the pool and the nature surrounding the villa.
For cooking enthusiasts, there is also an outdoor charcoal grill that invites you to try your hand at preparing traditional Istrian dishes.
For fun and relaxation, this villa offers a range of options: Badminton, table tennis or table football.
From the outside of the villa you can access the interior of the house via the terrace, where on the ground floor there is a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a bathroom.
The staircase leads to the 1st floor of the villa, where there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, some with access to a balcony with unique views of the countryside and the pool, and 2 bathrooms.
