This beautiful villa for 10 people is located on the outskirts of the beautiful coastal town of Porec.
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, Villa David is the ideal choice for families looking for a place where they can relax and forget about everyday life.
The beautifully manicured green garden will delight you.
The garden is filled with plants and trees that spread a special Mediterranean scent.
The highlight of the garden is the large private pool with hydromassage.
The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and just a few steps away from the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining area, where you can prepare meals and dine.
The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated, very bright and spacious, and consists of 5 bedrooms.
Three of them have a double bed and two consist of two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom, the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with access to the terrace with a cozy sitting area and table soccer.
The remaining four rooms are located on the upper floor.
The balcony with a beautiful sea view is the perfect place to start each morning of your vacation.
The villa is fully fenced, offers wifi, 4 private parking spaces and is close to all the amenities you need and only a short drive from the nearest beach.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit super Außenanlage. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Kicker und Tischtennis ist eine super Abwechslung zum Baden . Bei Fragen konnten wir immer Kontakt zur Vermieterin aufnehmen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussenanlage und wundervollen Pool inkl Whirlpool. Terrassen Überdachung mit inkludiertem Holzkohlengrill super geeignet für Frühstück und netto Stunden direkt am Pool.
