House Katti is a charming holiday home located on the edge of place Murine, distance only 3 km from Umag and 2,6 km from the beaches.
For gourmand, only few kilometres from the house there are quality restaurants and konobas (typical Istrian taverns), top vintner and olive oil producers, and for the sports fan Murine is the perfect starting point to reach the water sports, tennis fields, ATP stadium, golf course and bicycle and trekking trail Parenzana. On its own, partially enclosed, property at the guests’ disposal there is an outdoor swimming pool, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue with sitting set, parking for 2 vehicles.
The discreet house owners live in the other half of the house with separate entrance and private parking, so guests enjoy their full privacy.
This ground-floor holiday home for 4-6 guests, with a total living area of 93 sqm consists of living area with access to the covered terrace and pool, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom/toilet, study with a two guests` pull out sleeping sofa, double bedroom and shower/toilet. Super Ferienhaus - die Eigentümer begrüßen die Urlauber herzlich, sind da wenn man sie braucht, aber nie aufdringlich... in der Früh hängen sie den Poolroboter in den Pool und alles ist immer sauber und tiptop in Schuß - wir kommen sicher wieder, ganz entzückendes Haus, vollausgestattete Küche... ABSOLUT zu empfehlen!

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus. Super ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage , Sitzmöbel und Pool sind hervorragend gepflegt. Die Vermieter, die im Nebenhaus wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und würden jederzeit wieder dort hinreisen.

Das Haus sehr sauber, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern dort, auch für sie hat alles bestens gepasst. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Pool.Können nur weiterempfehlen.
