This authentic vacation apartment with beautiful countryside views and communal pool is located on a beautiful estate.

This large and bright apartment, located in a traditional stone house, is the ideal place to escape your hectic everyday life and focus on your relaxation. Together with your loved ones, you can feel at home and relax in the comfort of the accommodation. Stroll around the beautiful property and enjoy the view. Take a dip in the communal pool or sit on the veranda for dinner.

The location of the house allows you to plan excursions to the renowned Umbrian towns to get to know the tradition, culture and history of this fascinating region. Spoleto, home of the Festival Dei Due Mondi, Perugia, the regional capital with ancient Etruscan origins, Assisi, with the beautiful Basilica of St. Francis. Don't miss the chance to also visit the famous Orvieto and experience the splendor of the cathedral, or visit the underground city, especially the 54 m deep San Patrizio Fountain. For a romantic excursion, we recommend a walk along Lake Trasimeno. The small towns of Terrecotte and Bevagna are only a few kilometers away.
