Located in the heart of Arcachon, 100m from the beach and the Casino, 200m from all shops and 400m from the train station: A beautiful, fully renovated 50m² double studio apartment in a well-maintained building: - Entrance with closet, double living area including a sleeping area with a high-quality double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), TV, dining area in a veranda opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture, - Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. - Bathroom with toilet.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (inside and outside).
SECURE UNDERGROUND PRIVATE PARKING - Cleaning included - Linen not provided, but linen can be rented from the agency: single bed €12, double bed €20, towel kit €8, bath mat €3, tea towel €2.

You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, to the Moorish park, to the observatory etc... or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin to visit the coast to the PILAT dune. -The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city. -Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing, - Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.

Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine, (Poêle de cuisson compatible plaque induction et un grand plat pour le four).
Les gens de l'agence Abatilles sont tres professionnels, et tres accueillants, chose rare de nos jours. Nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir.
