Located on the 1st floor, this Mediterranean-maritime style flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people and is accessible by lift. It has a light-flooded living room with integrated fitted kitchen and dining area. The bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and the modern shower room are accessed via a small hallway with built-in wardrobe. The living room has a seating area with TV and desk. A 1.80m wide sofa bed is available in the living room as a sleeping option for
2 people. The balcony with garden furniture leading off the living room faces east, is very quiet and invites you to linger. From here you can catch a side view of the Baltic Sea. The living area, bedroom and hallway are fitted with high-quality vinyl flooring. WLAN access is available free of charge. You are welcome to bring your dog with you by prior arrangement.

Notes:
Bed linen and towels can either be brought by yourself or rented on request at a price of 22,00€/person.
Bringing a dog is possible by prior arrangement. In this case there is a cleaning surcharge of €35.00.
In addition, the local tourist tax will be charged. A refundable deposit of €100.00 is payable with the final payment for the flat.
