Gite on 2 levels, in a terraced house (year-round rental) including on the ground floor (independent access from the outside): a living room-kitchen lounge area (2-seater sofa bed), balcony. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be twinned, 1 bunk bed for 1 person 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with television not temporarily connected), a bathroom (shower and 2 sinks), separate WC.

Old family barn completely renovated with reclaimed wood, giving a pleasant mountain charm. 8 m² balcony and large plot of land.

Ce fut un petit moment de douceur. La location c est être comme a la maison. Le gîte est fait avec goût et le travail du bois est magnifique. Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous. La région est magnifique plein d activités a faire.

Le gîte "La Grange de Leyat" est situé au coeur des Bauges et très facile d'accès. Il a été rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé et particulièrement confortable. Les pièces sont très bien isolées phoniquement les unes des autres.La personne chargée de nous remettre les clés a été très ponctuelle et sympathique.
