Upstairs, you will find a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/living room with a sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds for a supplement of €10/night), a spacious triple bedroom (2 beds 90x200 which can be made into a double bed + 1 bed 90x190), a shower room (shower, washbasin) and a separate WC.

On the ground floor, you'll find a common room with a laundry area and a relaxing lounge with board games and tourist brochures.

Outside, there is a car park, private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and enclosed garden to share.

A gym dedicated to the gites is available free of charge, as is a wellness area with sauna/hammam/jacuzzi/tea corner/sanitary facilities (supplement of €60 for a 1.5-hour session). You will also have access to a swimming pool shared by the 3 gîtes (3.70m x 10.50m), covered and heated, open from 01/04 to 30/09.

Communal function room nearby. On the Route des Eglises classées, halfway between Lac d'Orient and Lac du Der, come and stay in this gite adjoining another gite located on the first floor of a large house.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds will be made on arrival and heating and electricity charges will be included in the price. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: airfield (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water sports, accrobranche, casino, etc.).
