The accommodation comprises - A 44 m² living room with sofa and TV - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are nearby: - Supermarket 1 km away - All shops 1.5 km away - Fishmonger's 2 km away - Tobacconist-press but also shops, restaurants, bars, Tuesday market in summer, wine cellar...

Superbe appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer, calme, joliment décoré (Bravo), très propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, literie impeccable et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Alicia, gérant de l’immobilier.
