Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage in Strandnähe.

Von der Wohnung aus sind Kühlungsborn Ost und West fußläufig erreichbar, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und ein schöner Wald für Hundefreunde gleich vor der Tür. Auch der Strand ist gleich in erreichbarer Nähe.
Zu wenig Abstellfläche in der Küche und Lagerraum für Lebensmittel. Das Gästebett im Wohnzimmer versperrt den Zugang zum Balkon.

Das Geschirr ist alt und muß dringend erneuert werden, speziell die Tassen und Gläser.
