Tropical Gecko Studio (garden-view - ground floor - for 1-2 people) It consists of one room with double bed, sheets of good cotton, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and kitchenette with everything: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets with Italian coffee maker, American coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc.
A small lobby leads to the bathroom which has sink, toilet and a large shower. The studio entrance has a very nice and big covered patio with table, chairs, 2 harm chairs with coffee table, hammock and garden with lawn on two sides around. It has also 110 volts sockets (with American/Canadian plugs) and 220 volt sockets 10/16 Italian and European sockets, 32" flat TV with more than 80 international channels, cordless phone for local calls, air conditioning at a supplement per night, ceiling-fan, portable fan, security bars and mosquito screens in all windows and door. We offer: fast High Speed internet connection with OPTICAL FIBER in Wi-Fi and also Ethernet with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload, gas, water, light, bathroom towels (change every 3-4 days) and bed linen (change every week).

We are in a very quiet area (it’s a closed road so that no traffic) only 80 meters far from the sea, 120 meters from the beach of Silver Sands, 280 meters away from Rescue Beach, and 410 meters from Silver Rock Beach. We have also Surfer's Bay Restaurant and Pub, which is 120 meters from us. We are 7 minutes away by car from Oistins (where there is the famous Fish Market, shops, a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gas station, etc.) and 15 minutes from St. Lawrence Gap with great restaurants, outdoor cafés, pubs and shops. At a few minutes by walk (400 meters) there is the bus stop which leads to Oistins, St. Lawrence until Bridgetown. We also have taxi service that runs 24/7. There is also a mini mart in the nearby, close to the bus stop. The Airport is only 15 minutes away by car. We normally suggest always to rent a car to go around the island
