At the first floor there is a small area with an equipped kitchenette (with induction cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine), a living room with table and chairs, TV; two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. It is decorated in style, with some antique furniture, basic and comfortable. Outside, a green area partly equipped with bench, table and chairs, with a beautiful view of Portoferraio’s bay. The parking place is nearby.
