Reached via an exterior staircase, the property enjoys 2 covered balconies.
The first one is furnished with a dining table and chairs for dinners al fresco or just enjoying the sea view.
The other balcony is at the rear of the apartment and includes a shower, which is very useful after a day on the sandy beach. Double glass doors lead inside to the large, open-plan living area, furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs.
The corner kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

La casa si trova davvero a due passi dalla spiaggia di Torre Lapillo, che offre un mare molto bello ma risulta spesso molto affollata, soprattutto nel fine settimana, quando può diventare davvero caotica, anche a giugno.
