From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times.
Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance.
What are you looking for in your trip? The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen.
So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle.
There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI.
Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well? We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family.
They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix.
Maybe you want to get your race-license? Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach. Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam.
You can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach. ## Transit Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport.
Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well.

Das Bad hat uns gut gefallen
Das der Kühlschrank nicht sonderlich kalt war und mehr außen Wärme hatte als er gekühlt hat, und es wahren leider viele spinnenweben außerhalb aber sonst hat alles andere gepasst

It's a super clean and comfy apartment that is perfect for a single/couple to stay a few days in Zandvoort. We enjoyed being so close to the city center + beach while staying in a calm neighborhood. Also the owners are super nice and supportive in case of questions!
Would come again, 10/10 :)
