This one bedroom top floor apartment with beautiful views and a private plunge pool on the terrace is located in Calahonda, just a short walk from local restaurants and supermarkets as well as the famous boardwalk and the beach.
This spacious penthouse is tastefully furnished and has a large terrace complete with outdoor furniture.

The patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large terrace that has its own 3mx3m plunge pool! The complex is surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens, a large community swimming pool set amongst a quiet residential area.
The complex has automatic security gates.
There is complementary WIFI and internet enabled TV.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.
The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. If you would like a Detailed Restaurant Guide to the best restaurants on the coast – Please use the Enquiry Form to request it. If this property is not available for your preferred dates please let us know as we may have a similar property available. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata.
A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €50 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure.

Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Säkringen i köket faller alltid ut, kan ej använda två eller flera elsaker samtidigt.
Utan bäddmadrass. Man kan inte sova direkt på fjädrarna i dubbelsängen, Suncoasters fixade detta tack och lov! annars hade vi avbestä...
