Gîte on 3 levels. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen. Dining room with TV. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC. Upstairs: a large lounge with sofa and TV, billiards table, leading on one side to a through bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and on the other to a corridor leading to: 2 shower rooms, some with sloping ceilings, 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom with 2 adjustable 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed, leading to the large through bedroom. Level 2: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (one with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190 and the other with 2 beds 90x190). 1 shower room with sloping ceilings and separate WC. Large garden with alarmed 5x10 swimming pool, pool house and terrace. All-inclusive package.
