Well-equipped, the house has a private terrace, a cellar for storing bicycles and other personal items, and each bedroom has its own shower room and WC. Ground floor: entrance hall leading to a utility room with washing machine, separate WC with washbasin, storage room. 1st floor: Open-plan living room/kitchen with access to the private terrace equipped with an electric awning (plancha, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) linked by a mattress to form 1 single bed (180x190) with private shower room and WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (electric shutters) with 2 single beds (90x190), air conditioning in upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds (90), TV, shower room with private WC. Free parking nearby. Bed linen provided. Linen, electricity (8kw/h/d free) and end-of-stay cleaning (with presentation of a cleaning deposit) optional.
