The chalet can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (steep road!), or 1 minute by car, from the village centre, train station and bus stop, supermarkets, sports centre etc. Year-round access (depending on snow conditions / vehicle in winter) with car park.

Direct access to the First / Bussalp / Faulhorn hiking area for summer or winter hikes. Close to the Bodmi Ski Arena in winter with access to the First cable car.

What our guests should know:
In winter, a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains are mandatory!
There is no microwave, no coffee machine and no washing machine.

In addition to the flat on the ground floor, our guests also have access to a car park and a small seating area on the terrace.
Other areas around the house are private - we are considerate of other residents and their private property.

We are a non-smoking household.
In the evening (22:00 to 06:00) noise should be kept to a minimum.
We ask our guests to take off their ski and hiking boots when they are inside.
