The "Lungarno" (Arno riverfront) is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot/10 minutes by public transport.
The accommodation consists of a living room with balcony, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
