The house is located in a quiet residential area between Briatico and Sant'Irene. Here you can enjoy a holiday in Calabria with all the comforts, in complete tranquillity, lulled by the sound of the sea.


The recently renovated Villa delle Sirene is a blend of contemporary taste and Mediterranean style. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms. The second floor, an open-plan attic, houses 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It can therefore accommodate up to 7 persons + one or two cots. The ground floor, on the other hand, houses 2 more bathrooms with shower and toilet, a comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen, directly open to the garden. The tastefully furnished terrace and garden are wonderful places to enjoy life in the open air with a sea view.

From the well-kept and shady garden, you can easily reach the small sandy beach via a private path. The beach, reached by a few houses, could almost be considered private. Being set among the rocks, it is also a perfect place for snorkelling and excursions to the coves along the coast.

The location almost directly on the beach in combination with the short distance (about 10 km) to both Tropea and Pizzo makes this house a very special place.
