A beautiful villa for 7 people a few metres from the beach in Briatico.
Villa delle Sirene is located above the sea, separated from an intimate and cosy beach by a flight of steps that runs from the villa's garden down the slope of the coast to the sea.
The house is located in a quiet residential area between Briatico and Sant'Irene. Here you can enjoy a holiday in Calabria with all the comforts, in complete tranquillity, lulled by the sound of the sea.
The recently renovated Villa delle Sirene is a blend of contemporary taste and Mediterranean style. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms. The second floor, an open-plan attic, houses 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It can therefore accommodate up to 7 persons + one or two cots. The ground floor, on the other hand, houses 2 more bathrooms with shower and toilet, a comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen, directly open to the garden. The tastefully furnished terrace and garden are wonderful places to enjoy life in the open air with a sea view.
