It has a lovely 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Five bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath

Outside :
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A private petanque area
The house is ideally located in Brive-la-Gaillarde, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (one cat or dog per stay).
