The accommodation comprises - A 50 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Five bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 2 single beds - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Separate WC Outside : - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A private petanque area The house is ideally located in Brive-la-Gaillarde, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (one cat or dog per stay). - Boules for the pétanque court are not provided. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Gaillarde "Nous avons passé un bon séjour, maison agréable cependant manque quel que élément ( mobilier abîmé, manque de vaisselle...) dans l'ensemble sa allait. Proche du centre ville et de commerces.
Par contre voisine pas très agréable et un voisin avec des chiens qui aboie, mais malheureusement...
