It has a 100m² enclosed, south-facing garden and a sheltered 8m2 terrace, equipped with a table and 6 chairs, where you can make the most of sunny days. You'll love starting your day with a delicious outdoor breakfast, then relaxing in the sun on one of the sun loungers.

The residence itself has a heated swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on hot days. Pool wristbands entitle you to a 15% discount on treatments at the nearby "THALACAP Ile de Ré" thalassotherapy centre.


This renovated house, lovingly furnished and fully equipped, is ideal for a four-person getaway. Step inside and you'll find the living area, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing in front of the television. The decor is sober, with touches of blue that immediately remind you of the seaside. Finally, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals with ease (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, combi oven).


With its two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 80cm beds (which can be made into a 160cm bed on request), these offer a cosy and comfortable space for a good night's sleep. There's also a bathroom with a bath and hairdryer for relaxing after a long day exploring the area. An ironing board and iron are also available.


A gas plancha/barbecue allows you to enjoy delicious grilled meats and long summer evenings in the garden.


To make getting around the island easier, there is also a parking space as well as space to store up to four bikes in the garden.
