Use of the barbecue
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire.



People in the property:

- The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of guests.


- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

- The property can only accommodate the number of people on the booking and no more people can stay/visit at the same time at the property.







Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.


- It is compulsory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in.


- No other documents will be accepted.



- The deposit for youth groups under 25 years old is 1000 euros.



- Key collection takes place from 16h00 to 19h00 at the property.



. No-show on the day of check-in, no refund will be made.




- Payment of the tourist tax is compulsory:


Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The house must be left properly picked up, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the enclosure established for this purpose, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged for the security deposit.




Beach towels are not provided.



Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100€ per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be paid on site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or events are allowed in the property.


- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded and the tenant must leave the accommodation at the same time.



- Pets are not allowed in this property.



. Rational and responsible use of electricity and water is requested.




- No smoking in the accommodation in all rooms.



- No lighting candles or any other type of object that may cause a fire in the property.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or any loss during your stay.
