The first floor is designed for comfortable living, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace, barbecue area, and swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen and brightly decorated dining rooms create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a large exterior terrace with sea views.
The upper floor houses the master suite, elegantly furnished and adorned with a complete bath, jacuzzi, dressing room, and a private terrace offering stunning beach views. The entire house is bathed in natural sunlight and features air conditioning/heating throughout.
Conveniently located just 200 meters from the beach of Santa Llucia - Morro de Gos, La Caseta de la Muntanya is a mere five-minute drive from the urban center of L'Ampolla. Guests can enjoy easy access to various bars and restaurants within walking distance of the beautiful beach.
