The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my cosy and welcoming 2 bedroom downstairs flat in the popular city of Newcastle. My flat is found on a quite residential street just outside of the city centre. The flat is decorated to make it feel homily and welcoming and includes some quirky decoration to make it unique and memorable.
My property sleeps 3 guests with one double bed and one single bed in two separate rooms. It is located 2 miles (10 minute drive) from Newcastle Central Station. This distance is walkable however I would recommend catching the local bus from either Benwell street or Elswisk street or make use of taxi companies in the area.
The property is a ground floor flat and is spread across one floor only, however there are a small set of stairs leading up to the front door. Once you enter the property you will be welcomed into a central hallway with both bedrooms leading off from this space. If you walk down the corridor it will lead you to the living and dining area. This contains a sofa, dining area and a TV making the space a very functionable living area for guests. The kitchen at the rear of the property is accessible via a single step. The bathroom is located at the rear of the property. This property benefits from a private spacious private bark yard.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat. Please make yourself feel at home.
PARKING
Parking is free but on street only. There is ample space for multiple cars or vans in the street.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Lidl a few minutes walk away.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
